Description
Order Processing; Provide an excellent level of verbal and written communication skills to provide first class customer service to clients

  • To be able to multiskill within the workplace; sales ordering; data entry
  • Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge for both clients and all appropriate systems
  • Tracking of customers' orders progress and send updates on delays to customers proactively;
  • Raise delivery notes in support to dispatch department when needed;
  • Keep the system updated with all relevant information about customer
  • Check level of item stock before dispatch, in case stock is not available check internally with planning and return to the customer.
  • Provide an excellent level of verbal and written communication skills to provide first class customer service to clients
  • Customer services experience (phone and admin based)
  • Some office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills Computer skills including Excel / Word / Outlook

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£10.60 per hour
