Who we are:

UPS Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, is expanding in Europe. It provides risk mitigation and financial solutions for businesses of all sizes and industries along global supply chains.

We are expanding our insurance business in the UK.

Therefore, we are looking for a new team member to manage our policy administration processes as a full-time Policy Administration Specialist.

They will report to the Region Operations Manager.

We are looking for a new team member that has prior experience in the insurance industry, likes to have fun, is able to work independently and embraces change.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Review new insurance quotes and setup these insurance policies in to our proprietary system
  • Will create policy documents for Underwriting and Sales Professionals
  • Will processes policy modifications and renewals for existing customers
  • Will assists with other policy administration activities
  • Perform internal quality audits on the setup of new deals and renewals
  • Serve as a resource for customer facing groups and answer questions on products and services, providing information for interactions with customers
  • Support mentors and training of employees in different customer facing and underwriting departments as well as new hires
  • Support the company's technology expansion
  • Support the company's insurance growth strategy through analyzing the book of business and providing leadership insights

Who you are:


  • Apprenticeship, Bachelor degree
  • Cargo insurance experience beneficial
  • Fluent in English, additional language skills beneficial
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Customer focus


  • Proficient MS-Office

  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
