Are you a strong administrator, who just likes to put their head down and get on?

Then we have the perfect role for you

We are seeking on behalf of our Milton Keynes based client a Part Time Administrator.

You will be supporting the accounts team with all admin.

You need to be calm in your approach, so that you can get all the information required from the customer.


Main responsibilities:

  • Setting up new client accounts
  • Data Updating
  • Tracking and making notes to keep customer records up to date
  • Raising invoices/PO numbers, dealing with customer credit/debits
  • Dealing with all queries
This role is based in the office, Monday to Friday, _no hybrid work_

Part time hours 9.00am to 2.30pm, but can be flexible to work around commitments, 27.5 hours per week.

Pay Rate :
£12.12 per hour


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6-9 months

Part-time hours: 27.5 per week


Salary:
£12.00-£12.21 per hour
