Description

Caretaker required for St Peter's, Hale for our Assembly Rooms (Cecil Road, Hale, WA15 9NU). The building is a hub for church groups and local community groups.


Main duties:

• Opening and closing the building as required in accordance with hirers requirements.
• Arranging tables and chairs and other duties as required.
• Cleaning and maintenance.
• Duty Manager for parties and nonregular bookings.

Flexibility is essential in accordance with the day-to-day requirements of the use of the building, which will involve working out of normal hours (evenings and weekends).

Salary will be based on experience.

This role would be ideal for a semi-retired person or part-time student living locally or someone with DIY skills or previous caretaking experience.
