The company is now looking for the right individual to join its helpdesk team to manage key client accounts and support its next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities

Accepting and processing work orders
Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
Scheduling of reactive jobs
Providing support to the outer teams within the business and clients
Supporting with RAMS
Experience in a construction or building maintenance company is desired but not essential
Strong IT skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and workload and work under pressure
