Event Support Team manage a number of services for major sporting events, concerts, festivals plus many more. We look after everything from consultation & planning stage through to the implementation of the big day.

We specialise in car parking, traffic management and stewarding.

We have our very own in-house built ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) system to make ingress and egress as swift as possible.

We work and have worked at some of the largest events in the world including Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012, Premiership Football, Premiership Rugby, Championship Football, Music Festivals, Concerts and many more

The Role.

We are currently recruiting for an Traffic Management Supervisorto work in our Coventry team on a fulltime basis, working 5 out of 7 days a week to meet our business needs.

A clean valid UK driving license with 1 years driving experience is mandatory for this role.

Duties.

Handson operational role to deliver all aspects of events
Loading and unloading of vans
Putting out signage, cones and TM equpiptment
To work closely with the the operations manager to ensure that events are delivered to the expected standards
Maintaining our fleet of vehicles
Supervisor Events ont he grounds
To run and assist in the running of events and to ensure that customer requirements are met and standards are adhered to
To supervise the performance and wellbeing of other members of staff whilst on duty
To hold/attend briefing meetings prior to events taking place, to have a clear understanding of the customer's requirements, and to ensure standards are met
To maintain good working relationships with all departments and contracts through good communication
To take responsibility for their own, and other's health and safety whilst working at Event Support Team ad to report any risks or hazards if identified

Possibly supervise a team out on the grounds.
The ability to multitask and deal with customer queries.
