NEW HOMES COORDINATOR


An exciting opportunity to join a top housing organisation, with a customer and people first approach, working with the development teams coordinating new build home information.


The Role


You will work closely with the development teams to assist in the smooth transition of new build homes into the organisation.

You will collate and create packs of comprehensive development information and documents as records and to provide to relevant parties.

This could include, but not limited to; development plans, legal and compliance documents, health and safety information, fire strategy, maintenance, and warranty information, etc.

You will be responsible for monitoring the information required and proactively requesting information where necessary.


Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • You will have knowledge of the new build development process
  • Experienced coordinator with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external contacts
  • Used to managing your own workload, and have the ability to prioritise
  • Experience using various computer systems to record information

Your Personal Qualities:


  • Highly organised, excellent attention to detail
  • Passion and interest for the property/new homes industry
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong team player, with the ability to also work autonomously

Salary:
circa £26,000, plus competitive benefits

Location:
Hybrid position, based from Basingstoke office location to include some home working

Contract:
Full time, Monday - Friday, permanent position.
