Express Recruitment is currently working alongside one of the leading specialist manufacturers within their niche field, catering for a multitude of industry leading sectors.

Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their workshop team.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the workshop team with the testing of new software and firmware releases
  • Carry out root cause analysis and assess the relevant corrective actions
  • Conduct regular inspections using quality control equipment
  • Work with the engineering team to develop continuous improvement methods to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Assist the wider team during the release of new or changed products

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience working in a busy manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge or metrology and precision products
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety policies
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality control
