  • We are recruiting someone to join our team as a Recruitment Advisor, working to support to two specialist regional units: Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) and the South East Organised Crime Unit (SEROCU). In delivering this fundamental discipline for the units, we play a key role in protecting the communities of the South East from the threats of serious organised crime and terrorism.
In this role you will work into the Regional Recruitment Lead, and together you will oversee and coordinate all recruitment activity for the regional units including all police officer, staff and temporary posts).

You will take steps to continually improve our processes, ensuring they remain inclusive, compliant and efficient, and you will also be the first point of contact for complex recruitment queries.


The office base location is difficult to access via public transport therefore we are ideally seeking somebody that holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
