About the role


We are at a pivotal point in the evolution of Unbiased, as the market leader in the UK and having recently launched in the USA.

As we expand, we are looking for a driven and commercially minded Partnerships professional to lead our UK Partnerships team and to continue to expand and grow commercial partnerships.

We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in identifying and delivering partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for building partnerships that elevate the Unbiased brand and brand image, drive consumer traffic to the site and deliver enquiry acquisition targets.

About you

Experience

  • A demonstrable track record of branded content and partnerships sales experience
  • An understanding of editorial environments and background in terms of how brands work/align with content publishers
  • The ability to influence potential partners through big brand partnership ideas
  • Prospecting keeping on top of new sales leads and business opportunities in terms of brand partnerships pipeline
  • Strong track record of achieving significant new business targets and account growth.
  • Experience establishing notable partnerships with corporate and workplace affiliates and partnerships
  • Strong track record of growing partnerships both in value and number of effective partnerships
  • Proven track record opening doors across brands and agency contacts at all levels
  • 5 plus years selling in digital, marketplace, ad tech, martech, branded content and social/influencer marketing programs

  • Dataled a firm eye on CAC and ROI, you'll understand that making decisions based on data is essential

  • A proactive, hunter sales mentality and curious by nature who prospects with a custom, solutionsoriented approach focused on metrics for success.
  • A consultative selling style, able to influence potential partners with win:win outcome rationale
  • A team player this role will be joining an existing brilliant team of Affiliate and Partnership professionals; it's expected that knowledge is shared readily across the team and collaboration is essential
