Back Up Care Ltd Agency are looking for Support Workers and Care Assistants to join our team in Sudbury and the surrounding areas.

You would be working in local care homes and supported living services. Do you want to make a difference to the lives of others and to expand your career in the care industry?

The successful applicant will:
Be kind, compassionate and caring and have a minimum of 6 months experience in care.

Passionate about providing person centred care.

Strive to provide an excellent level of care at all times.

Be proactive and encouraging to our service users enabling them to reach their potential.

No two days are the same a typical day could involve providing personal care, accessing the local community to take part in meaningful activities with service users, logging of notes, working as a team and creating a bubbly, positive home environment.

We offer full or part time work to suit your lifestyle.

Driving licence desirable but not necessary.

Successful applicants are required to complete an enhanced DBS check (if applicant is not registered to the DBS update service), disclosure expense will be met by the applicant.

Cost of DBS is fully refunded after 6 months of employment.
