We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team.

We are a growing Private Dental Practice located in North Greenwich, minutes walk from North Greenwich Station.


Duties:

• Answering phone calls at the reception desk.
• Offering patients a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
• Discussing patients' needs, available treatment options and their costs.
• Explaining and offering relevant treatment options based on patients' needs.
• Monitoring & tracking number of leads and conversion rate

Job Types:

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• GDC Certificate (preferred)
