Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, design, procurement, delivery and handover
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules and contracts
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and estate policies

Requirements:


  • Degree in building surveying, or project management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques and materials
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and estate policies
