Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Morley, LS27
£10.10 per hour + Free Car Parking
Full Time hours per week

My client a well-known organisation based in South Leeds is looking to recruit an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their experienced and successful team in their contact centre.

This is a temporary role with the possibility of becoming long term, fixedterm or maybe even permanent for the right individual.

You will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrational duties which will include inputting data, answering telephone calls and dealing with queries, using dual PC screens you will assist customers with queries relating to stock availability,store opening times, store locations, product queries and general retail enquiries.

The hours and days of work vary and you expected to work 37.

5 hours per week covering various shift patterns which will be confirmed from the outset and may include:

Monday
Friday or or , or

Saturday
Sunday
Applicants must be flexible and commit to full time hours including weekends.
