1:1 Learning Support Assistant

Scale C3-4 (£20,812 - £21,189 per annum pro rata)

Actual Salary £6,595 - £6,714 gross per annum

13.75 hours per week, term time plus one week

This position is for the duration of the pupil's stay at the academy

January 2023 start

Martham Academy and Nursery are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated Pupil Specific Learning Support Assistant to support one of our pupils who is currently in our Nursery.

Personal qualities are of paramount importance, and the person appointed will be expected to display patience, enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility and reliability.

The ability to work independently and as part of our team is essential.

Working as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant is a great opportunity to work closely with pupils who have some difficulty in accessing the curriculum.

Applicants should have some experience or knowledge of working with young children with SEND.
