Job Summary:
Duties:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department
- Inputting Invoices on Sage Accounts
- Reconciling supplier statements and producing reports for payment processing
- Reconciling Bank / Credit card statements
- Data input on Excel
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
- Assist with monthend closing procedures
- Assist with payroll processing as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, Microsot Packages
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
