Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department
Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments

  • Inputting Invoices on Sage Accounts
  • Reconciling supplier statements and producing reports for payment processing
  • Reconciling Bank / Credit card statements
  • Data input on Excel
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required
  • Assist with monthend closing procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

  • Assist with payroll processing as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, Microsot Packages
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
