A fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive Office Manager to join a friendly, small team.You will take on a variety of duties, supporting the Operations Director and company management to ensure processes run efficiently, and any improvements aremade.
You will take on responsibility for duties such as:- Archiving, filing, folder organisation, etc
- Answering the phone and directing enquiries as needed
- Stationery ordering and stock management
- Office utilities
- Management of mobile and telephone contracts
- Company / vehicle insurance quotes & records servicing and MOTs etc
- Health & Safety management
- Diary management, organising, booking travel & accommodation
- Minute taking, typing up / distributing when necessary
- Assisting with compiling manuals and information packs
- Maintenance of staff records
