A fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive Office Manager to join a friendly, small team.

You will take on a variety of duties, supporting the Operations Director and company management to ensure processes run efficiently, and any improvements aremade.

You will take on responsibility for duties such as:

  • Archiving, filing, folder organisation, etc
  • Answering the phone and directing enquiries as needed
  • Stationery ordering and stock management
  • Office utilities
  • Management of mobile and telephone contracts
  • Company / vehicle insurance quotes & records servicing and MOTs etc
  • Health & Safety management
  • Diary management, organising, booking travel & accommodation
  • Minute taking, typing up / distributing when necessary
  • Assisting with compiling manuals and information packs
  • Maintenance of staff records
You will need previous Office Manager experience, and be confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint. You will have great attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
