Looking for a part time administrative/receptionist role in York City Centre? Look no further
Our Client based in York City Centre have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Assistant to join their busy Legal Team.
This role is split, covering reception and also handling customer calls.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from all customers, distributing calls where necessary.
- Attending to clients who have appointments/walk ins.
- Manage distribution of faxes and post.
- Book interview rooms on the internal scheduling system.
- Provide fee earners and clients with refreshments during interviews as required.
- Take payments from clients.
- Any other adhoc administration duties as and when required.
Person specification
- Excellent typing and MS office skills
- Previous Reception/administrative/customer service experience
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Confident dealing with clients
- Strong team player and enthusiastic
