Are you a Graduate with SEN classroom experience ?
Are you an Experienced SEN TA looking for the next step ?
Are you an ECT looking for a little more experience in SEN ?
GSL Education are working alongside a really well regarded SEN setting in the Newcastle area and are recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 3 and 4
The role is Monday - Friday and the working hours are 8:30am-4:30pm.
This will be an immediate start.

Requirements of the role:

Be able to work effectively with teachers in providing support for students and great quality lessons
Confident in supervising the classroom for periods of time or in case of shortterm absence.
Experience of Additional needs learners or a appropriate transferable skills
Relevant setting or classroom experience
Enhanced DBS on the update service
Kind, Calm and enthusiastic and proactive in the classroom
Brilliant rapport building skills

In addition to that, we are currently offering £100 for the successful referral of either Teachers or Teaching Assistants.
