About the role


We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our People team as a People Support Administrator based in Chester, the role is 4 days office based, 1 day working from home.

As a People Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting all areas within the People function, including People, Facilities & Office management and Events.

This is a multifaceted role that requires good administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, a can-do attitude and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


The People Support Administrator role will report to the People & Payroll Manager, working closely with our Facilities and Events team across London, Chester, and Europe.

The People Support Administrator will provide admin and general support to these teams and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to begin or progress their career within a fast paced, commercial organisation gaining exposure to all aspects of People and the broader functional area.


About you

Responsibilities

  • Undertake general administrative and support duties, including the maintenance of files, information systems, audit, operational trackers, audits, reports and calendars.
  • Coordinate mailboxes, forwarding and/or escalating accordingly.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new starters and the offboarding of leavers via the HR system.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments in the office if and when required.
  • Support our People & Payroll Manager with the collation of data and reports.
  • Gather information for all people related meetings, investigations, packs and reviews.
  • Note take in meetings as and when required maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support our Events Manager with any company events and meetings as required.
  • Support our Facilities team in making sure the office environment is an efficient, comfortable and safe working environment.
  • Identify areas of improvement to maintain and improve standards to ensure an excellent employee experience and productive working environment.
  • Positively represent the People Team, be approachable, helpful and champion our values

  • Proven experience in administration or a similar role
