Our Kids 1st Newcastle Great Park Nursery, part of the Busy Bees family (NE13 9BD) are looking to bring on board a Qualified Nursery Practitioner on a part time, permanent basis.

As a qualified educator, you will use your knowledge and expertise to ensure our children have the best start in life.

You will work Monday to Friday, 20hrs per week

All of our staff have qualifications, exceeding Ofsted requirements, and participate in a robust training plan to keep up to date with progress in child development, health and safety, first aid, and safeguarding.


Some of the things you do as an Educator at Busy Bees:

  • As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs
  • Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps
  • Ensure we encourage and praise children's development and achievements
