Description

We are Britain's largest designer and supplier of energy-efficient, bespoke Swedish timber frame homes in the UK and over the next couple of years, we will be continuing to expand.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate, determined and enthusiastic to help our customers realise their dream of building their own _home_.

• On the tools first and second fix carpentry on bespoke timber frame houses.
• Onsite management of overall construction, coordinating multiple trades, site health and safety, flow of materials and programme progress.
• Responsible for all activity on multiple sites
• Subcontractor management
• Health and Safety
• Client Liaison
• Construction programme and meeting deadlines
• Procurement and delivery of materials

• Building Control, Warranty and Client inspections

• First Aid training (desirable)
• SSSTS (desirable)
• Scaffold inspection training (desirable)
• Background in bespoke construction working with individual clients _from_ first fix to completion
• Carpentry/Timber frame background/experience (essential)
• Keen eye for detail and high quality finishes
• A track record for delivering similar projects
• Excellent organisational and team management skills
• Confident and experienced in working with and talking to clients
• Hands on problem solver with can do attitude
• Understanding of Building regulations
• Valid Driving licence
