About The Role:

Bespak are looking for an Analytical Quality Leader at the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE.

This part time, permanent position will be based onsite and will have some flexibility regarding the start and finish times on the days worked.

The salary range for this role is between £20,540 and £22,120 plus a discretionary annual bonus.

Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a generous pension contribution, onsite parking, and medical / dental / health / life insurance.


Working Pattern - Mon 7.5 hours / Tuesday 7.5 hours / Wednesday 4.5 hours = 19.75 hours per week. There is flexibility on your start and finish times.


As the QC Stability Analytical Quality Leader, you will supervise and manage a team of 8 Stability Analysts and manage the annual stability program for the Holmes Chapel site.

This includes ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory commitments, setting up stability studies, scheduling and completing timely testing, and monitoring stability storage chambers.

You will handle excursions according to site procedures, trend stability data, investigate any atypical or Out of Specification results, and play a key role in maintaining the overall quality of products.


We are a pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that offers development and manufacturing solutions for a variety of medications, including medical devices such as pressurized metered dose inhalers (pMDI), soft mist inhalers (SMI), dry powder inhalers (DPI), nasal sprays and medical check valves.


As an Analytical Quality Leader
your duties will include:

  • Manage and lead a team of Stability Testing Analysts.
  • Plan testing to ensure ontime material release for production.
  • Monitor results, address quality issues, communicate stability findings promptly.
  • Coordinate quality activities with other departments (transfers, validations, etc.)
  • Supervise special projects and support the team's development.
  • Uphold ethical, environmental, and safety leadership standards.

  • Proven track record leading and managing stability testing teams.
  • Expertise in planning testing schedules to ensure ontime release.
  • Strong problemsolving skills for efficient quality issue resolution.
  • Experience coordinating quality initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Indepth knowledge and commitment to ethical, safety, and regulatory standards (cGMP, etc).
