Programme - Small Animal Vet
We are looking for a New Graduate Vet to join our team. We are a 2 branch practice located on the Hampshire Coast between Southampton and Portsmouth.

More about us:

Friendly team of 9 vets with multiple certificate holders or working towards certificate
Fantastic highly capable nursing team with 14 RVNs and 5 SVNs, comfortable with schedule 3 procedures, run a variety of nurseled clinics including weight clinics, diabetic clinics and geriatric clinics
Monthly vet meetings to share CPD, discuss interesting cases, and input into improvements to the practice
Monthly Journal Club
Passionate about QI regular clinical audits leading to improved ways of working
Support from a visiting orthopaedic and imaging advanced practitioner, and weekly ophthalmology clinic with a certificate holder
15 minute consults in 1.52 hour blocks, with ringfenced ontheday appointments and regular gaps provided, including 30 minutes paid 'wrapping up' time after the last appointment
Focus on worklife balance 4 days a week, 1 Saturday in 4 with a day back in lieu the following week, no OOH, TOIL system for the rare times we get caught late
Well equipped with digital xray, ultrasound machine, dental xray, endoscope, bronchoscope, inhouse lab with dedicated lab technician

Paid onboarding phase which includes a Residential. All UK travel, accommodation and subsistence costs for the Residential will be covered by CVS
Salary of £35,000 which increases at the end of year 1 and at the end of year
No financial tiein beyond completion of the programme.
