  • Salary: £25,500 £26,315 per annum (DOE)

  • Hours: 40 hours per week 08:00 16:30


Plant Plan are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated Customer Service Executive to be a part of our amazing team and help us execute our vision of providing marketing-leading, amazing customer service and experience to our clients.

About the Role:


As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for looking after our customers and providing them with amazing customer service throughout the whole sales cycle.

At the very front of our company you will be interacting constantly with our clients, helping resolve their issues, communicating the solutions we're putting in place, sorting any queries they have, and promoting the 'Plant Plan Experience'.

We don't mind mistake, but we don't like to keep making the same ones.

A key part of your role will be to track the causes of issues and queries and work closely with all the other teams in the business to find solutions and fixes to these so they don't keep popping up.


You'll need to be a confident IT user, accustomed to using a CRM system, comfortable juggling several tasks and priorities simultaneously, and most importantly a 'people person' who is passionate about creating amazing customer service experiences.
