Mint People are looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate Supervisors to join our team. We have fantastic venues set up ready for you to work at

Pay £12.50ph depending on experience.

Weekly Pay, Every Friday with two weeks in hand.

Paid for every hour that you work

Choose your shifts

Gain experience in all types of sectors from Hospitality to stadiums.

The Role

As a Supervisor your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and Motivating the team
  • Managing stock orders, rotation and control during shift
  • Dealing with customer complainants
  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service
  • Deliver a briefing
  • Ensuring the event area is clean and organised
  • Adhering to safety standards
