Working Pattern: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday - (Flexible working arrangements with some evenings & Saturdays as required by the service)

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK MINIMUM 3 MONTHS IN ROLE

Summary of the role:

The National Autism Unit is a specialist unit that provides a 15 bedded adult male inpatient assessment and treatment focused service for people living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and other co-morbid mental healthconditions such as Psychosis, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety and Depression.

It also provides a day treatment service for 3 clients.

It has a strong multidisciplinary working ethos and strives always to work in a person-centred manner, assisting theclient and their family/ carers to have the most appropriate care, treatment and transition back to community living.
