This expanding metal engineering company is currently looking to recruit a Sheet Metal Worker to work within its small but busy manufacturing team, based in Castlethorpe.
Primarily the company is a sheet and tube fabrication facility, working mainly with mild steel but also Aluminium and Stainless Steel.
Primary Roles:
- CNC press brake operation
- CNC punch operation
- Spot Welding
- Other ad hoc production requirements within the workshop
Skills Required:
- Must be capable of reading and understanding working drawings
- Have experience of all aspects of sheet metal working hand tools and equipment i.e. CNC brake press, punch (Amada)
- Grinding and finishing to a high standard
- Experience working with materials ranging from 110mm
- Flexible approach to working
- Programming/setting experience would be a beneficial but not essential
Role Specifics:
- Starting hourly rate from £13.50ph dependent on experience and sheet test at interview
