Description
We are looking for a trainee Estimator, to join a growing company. We manufacture kitchen worktops out of stone for some of the most prestigious projects in the UK.Estimator duties and responsibilities:
- Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, installation and fabrication
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospect client
- Preparing and submitting quotations on time
- reading architects plans and ability to take measurements from scale drawings
- liaising with others including sales team, planners and fabrication managers.
- processing incoming orders
Ability to to work to deadlines whilst keeping focused and keeping attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Hunger to learn and progress.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,795.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Estimating: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Preston, PR1 8XL: Relocate before starting work (required)
