  • Salary: Between £30,000 and £32,000
  • Location: West London
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent


Our client is looking to hire a Credit Controller to be responsible for managing debts owed to use by client landlords by liaising with internal and external parties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling a portfolio of outstanding landlord payments
  • Act as a point of contact for both landlords and Property & Tenancy Managers
  • Maintain the strong working relationships between stakeholders
  • Maintain regular communication with Client Accounts
  • Negotiation on specific terms with Landlords
Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Credit Control
  • Proven experience in Customer Service
  • Basic legal understanding
  • Experience in the Property / Real Estate sector is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT
