Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the M-Files Product Manger with lines to both Client Solutions and National Technology, the overall purpose of the role is to support and promote the use of M-Files as the firm's primary DMS (Document Management System) by:

  • Providing support and guidance to our internal teams on the capabilities of M-Files both as standard and as additional functionality / solutions are introduced.
  • Working with the Client Solutions team on the design and development of effective solutions within M-Files to support the optimisation of processes for our internal teams / clients to aid efficiency.
  • Supporting the DMS team in the evaluation and delivery of a programme of continuous improvement and enhancement for M-Files.


The role will take into account the firms agile working policy with a primarily office based in one of Crowe's current offices.


Responsibilities:


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical and operational support to both the IT helpdesk and Client Solutions teams to help resolve user issues.
  • Support the Client Solutions and DMS project teams in their provision of training, Q&A and follow up sessions for users.
  • Work with the Client Solutions and DMS project team to:
  • design and develop workflow solutions in M-Files
- make and maintain other necessary configuration changes in the M-Files admin tool, as part of the DMS solutions developed

  • Document developed solutions and maintain a change request log for all solutions.
  • Routinely monitor the information made available by M-Files for their customers via their website, webinars etc to track their development progress of the product and share any relevant findings with the DMS Project and Client Solutions teams.

Requirements:


  • Problem solving and solution driven.
  • Logical thinker.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for client service.
  • Display energy and enthusiasm and a focus on achieving results.
  • A keenness to further your own personal development and career goals.
  • Knowledge of Camtasia or other screen recording software would be useful. but not essential.
