We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Officer to join our friendly, inclusive and innovative HR team here at Cobalt Housing.

The human resources team is responsible for all aspects of the employment lifecycle, and provide knowledgeable assistance to employees and managers on matters that involve recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, payroll, pensions, and any additional requirements of the Organisation.

Driven by a new dynamic leadership team, this is a fantastic time to join and be part of our ambitious plans for growth as the HR Officer will be part of a team who play a key role in supporting the Head of HR and OD to deliver the people strategy, centered around our new corporate plan.

The salary for the role of HR Officer is £32,716.62 per annum. Cobalt's standard working week is 35 hours Monday to Friday.
