£34,000 - £36,000 + Bonus + Progression + Overtime + Company Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Parts Supervisor to join our team at one of the largest independent HGV dealerships in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in parts management or sales to progress their career and work for a company that prioritizes staff development and progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply of parts, both internally and to customers, as well as maintaining stock control, upkeep of the warehouse, and providing excellent customer service.

This role would suit a candidate from a parts advisor or supervisor background looking for a Monday to Friday, permanent role, within a forward-thinking company that offers full industry training and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
• Parts supply both external and internal
• Cross/Upselling to hit targets
• Overseeing 4 Parts staff
• Full Manufacturers training provided
• Monday to Friday (7-4PM) alternating Saturdays

Requirements:

• Parts Advisor / Supervisor or similar experience
• Background in Automotive Industry
• Commutable to Cardiff
