Inbound Call Customer Service Representative
**Target Orientated Environment

Starting Salary :
£20k PA - £10.25PH**
Full Time hours per week
Remote Working - Although may need to come into London every now and again so must be commutable

What will your day look like:

  • Handling incoming calls dealing with a variety of customer queries
  • Offering knowledge on the full range of my client's products, ensuring FCA compliance
  • Accurately recording and amending customer details
  • Providing innovative solutions to customer queries
  • Owning a problem and taking responsibility to resolve it

Required skills:


  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and information screens whilst talking to our customers
  • Clear, confident and polite telephone manner
