Challenge-Trg are looking to fulfil their vacancy for a Branch Manager, based in their office in Banstead (Surrey).

Previous experience is essential.

Experience within the transport and logistics sector would be advantageous.

Commission opportunities on any new business brought into the business.

40 hours per week - 5 days out of - Flexibility required

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Managing a team to direct growth
A handson manager who can support the team and achieve the P&L
The office has approx. 7 clients currently help to maintain and look at opportunity to grow the clients
Day to day management of a live driver pool with numbers ranging up to 300 temporary workers
Delivery of excellent Customer service both to internal and external clients
Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPI's
Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budget
Sett KPIs for the branch to achieve
Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directive
Arrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a proactive approach.
Upsell to gain growth with current client base
No out of hours oncall other than supporting the teams in peak periods and various overtime shifts

Key Qualifications / Experience

Min 2 + years experience in the driving sector recruitment at a senior consultant or higher
Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk with large bluechip clients
Selfmotivated, ambitious and target driven
Knowledge of drivers hours and regulations
Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humour
Able to work in a high pressured environment
Full UK driving license
True desire to be develop and offer growth within the company
