HomeSnag is the market leading new-build snagging company. We carry out surveys on properties for customers and developers throughout the UK.

To meet current demand we are looking for a qualified surveyor to operate throughout Milton Keynes and the surrounding counties.

About the role:

The role is home based so there is no 9-5 requirement to work from an office like most surveying companies.

Every day presents a different site for inspection so the role is varied:

one day will be inspecting a couple of apartments and the next day may be inspecting a 4 bedroom house.

There are no set hours but a typical day would involve being on site from 8am - 2pm and the remaining afternoon working from home.

A typical snagging survey inspects the quality of finish ranging from brickwork to plumbing and an average inspection takes 3 hours on site.

The reports and any admin are then done from home.

There is the option of a set wage or a basic salary + bonus per inspection. This can be discussed in more detail during an interview. Either package includes the normal benefits inc. pension scheme and the choice of a small company van or driving your own car. Equipment and laptop and phone are provided.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
