Are you a talented HR professional seeking an exciting opportunity in a dynamic global business environment? Anderson Knight are currently hiring an HR Advisor to join our clients team located in the heart of Glasgow city centre.

As a key member of our clients organisation, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to their employees.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support on HRrelated matters to employees and managers.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
Assist in employee onboarding, including orientation and induction programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs on HR topics.
Administer HR systems and maintain accurate employee records.
Stay updated with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR generalist role.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5 years + as a HR Advisor or equivalent role
