Network Marketing is working to identify and place a skilled and experienced Product Manager for our collaborative client in Leeds (Hybrid, 2 days in office) to help make a positive impact and create change.

This full-time product management role comeswith an attractive salary of up to £60k and a compelling benefits package.

As a dedicated Product Manager, you'll be managing the design, development and launch of new products, ensuring speed to market to support the business strategy, financial plan and target customer experience.

This is a brand-new function within the business,giving you the opportunity to build out the structure and develop it as the business grows.

From identifying the customer need and defining the vision to the delivery and ongoing development of the products, you will own all aspects of the company's products.

You'll also have the chance to develop yourself, make a real difference in the customer experience and gain great exposure to company products.

In your first few weeks in this Product Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Project manage and deliver all product management-related aspects of product propositions across all distribution channels
  • Deliver the daytoday product delivery of the propositions, particularly in relation to regulatory change, marketing distribution activities, financials and operational aspects
  • Maintain the products in line with policy standards and product governance, including managing risk, issues and dependencies logs
  • Identify and troubleshoot the product and productrelated issues


To succeed in this product management job, you must have in-depth product management knowledge, including product lifecycle management, product design and manufacture.

Along with this, you'll bring a proactive approach, excellent project management and organisationalskills and an outstanding track record of meeting objectives within deadlines and budgets.

You will also need to understand the company's commercial objectives and how products fit into delivering the financial plan. Experience in creating and developing aproduct management function is also essential. It'd benefit if you have experience of working in a regulated environment.
You will receive an excellent salary of £50,000-£60,000 and a fantastic benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
