Management Concerns Coordinator - UPS Nottingham


Working hours:

Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00


What you'll get:

What you'll do:


  • Review and dispatch EU, UK, IE management concerns using UPS systems
  • Assign and monitor cases to the relevant CEC queues
  • Communicate to senior level UPS management
  • Liaise with different UPS departments and key stakeholders throughout Europe
  • Dealing with customer concerns and queries when required ensuring feedback provided to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all correspondence, communication and shipment history documentation
  • Update UPS systems with all applicable information
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness regarding UPS services and any change to UPS procedures
  • Uphold highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times

What you'll need:


  • Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines
  • The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities often at short notice
