The Role


As a Digital Analytics Lead in the consumer and omnichannel travel industry, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making and customer insights across the organization.

The following are the key responsibilities and requirements of this role;


The Digital Analytics Lead would use data and analytics tools to track and analyse customer behaviour at each stage of the funnel, including website behaviour, marketing campaign performance, and conversion rates.

This information can be used to identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and to make data-driven decisions to optimize the customer experience and increase conversions.

_ Key responsibilities:
_


  • Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including website analytics, customer surveys, and sales data, to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour and product performance.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics to measure the success of digital products
  • Conduct customer research and analysis to inform product development and decision making.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that data insights inform product design and development.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and tools in digital analytics and recommend new technologies to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets from a variety of sources to gain a deep understanding of customer behaviour and the effectiveness of marketing and customer experience initiatives.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and tools in digital analytics and recommend new technologies to enhance the team's capabilities.

_Knowledge skills and experience:
_


  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a strong background in data analysis, reporting and visualization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams, building strong relationships and collaborating to achieve common goals.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and manage teams.
