We are excited to announce an excellent job opportunity for the role of Administrator/Receptionist (Part-Time) at Gorse Hill Studios.


We are seeking two individuals to join our team in a job share arrangement, each working 18 hours per week.

Position:
Administrator/Receptionist x 2 (Part-Time)


Hours:18 hours per week (job share)


Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (term time); flexible hours outside of term time


Pay:

NLW

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.

Provide monitoring and administrative support on a daily basis.

Assist with building health and safety support initiatives.

Manage space bookings and coordinate meeting room schedules.


Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is preferred.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Flexibility to work outside of term time as needed.
