Description
We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to come and support with one of our up-coming exhibitions.


Duties will include:

  • Reviewing every single visitor registration and verifying they are in the trade. You'll do this by accessing Salesforce to see if they're a previous attendee, searching for them on LinkedIn and Google. After the registrant is vetted, you will approve or deny the registration.
  • Liaise with marketing and/or sales regarding registrations.
  • Data cleaning and research.
  • Customer service calls, contacting exhibitors and helping them with their manuals.

Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
This role will be based in our Brighton office working Monday - Thursday starting on 19th February 2024.


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
