Head of Ecommerceyou will be opening up their online presence to overhaul the customer experience and grow long term sales in line with ambitious but achievable goals.
Ecommerce and digital strategy: In simplest terms, develop and implement a plan to help the brand to sell their amazing products more successfully (via Shopify)

Customer Journey:Optimise the online customer experience and conversion, ensure shoppers enjoy excellent levels of localised content, structured site navigation; move customers through a seamless sales checkout funnel and complement thetouchpoints with relevant CRM

Performance Marketing: Own the performance marketing budget and activity (Paid Search, Paid Social), working closely with the marketing team to execute cross-channel campaigns to drive profitable sales

Key Metrics: Dig deep into the numbers (website traffic, product performance, AOV, LTV) and identify drivers for growth and improvement
