A forward-thinking company based in Leyburn are currently seeking a

Senior

Sales Negotiator. This is an exciting opportunity for a business who pride themselves on personal development and have a continued trajectory for growth. This role would suit a driven individual, with excellent customer service and a desire to work in a fast paced environment.

As the successful Senior Sales Negotiator your duties will include:

Handling queries and greeting visitors
Up keeping records
Assisting in overseeing the branch
Registering applicants and arranging viewings
Negotiating with potential buyers
Advertising properties
Working closely with the Branch Manager and other departments
Working towards sales targets
Providing general support

What we are looking for:

Property experience (essential)
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
Excellent customer service skills on all levels
Strong IT skills
A professional and positive attitude
A keen eye for detail

To be successful as a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will have the ability to prioritise task, and in return you will receive salary up to £26,000 per annum with an OTE of up to £31,000.

You will work Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning, and receive excellent company benefits and the ability to develop your skillset.
