    Description

    High-calibre Regulatory Lawyer sought for major international law firm.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • At least 5 years' PQE
    • Law firm experience acting on Cayman Regulatory matters

    The work will be very broad, including advising on crypto and fintech regulatory matters, corporate governance reviews, anti-money laundering compliance frameworks, suspicious activity reports, regulatory audits, inspections and remediation processes. You will also advise on sanctions reporting and asset freeze requirements, respond to production orders and mandatory information exchange requests, provide guidance on data protection laws.
