The Customer Support Consultant position with us is as rewarding as it is challenging. If you have a passion for giving great customer service we want you to join our team


Your main responsibility will be to support our customers by ensuring that all customers are given accurate, factual advice and spoken to in a courteous manner.

The Customer Support Consultant role is a varied role in which two days are rarely the same.


Key tasks would include:


  • Ensure the phone is answered in a courteous manor and every effort is made to resolve the customer's issue over the phone. Ensure that phones are answered within agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure that all complaints are dealt with empathy following the companies BLAST procedure, and ensuring that complaints are resolved in a short a time as possible to give increased customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that your conduct is professional at all times with both colleagues and external visitors.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed within set SLAs.
  • Ensure that all commination to customers is clear, accurate and understood.
  • To ensure that any common issues / concerns are raised to your line manager promptly.
  • To perform core tasks assigned while ensuring that own caseload is managed and prioritised to conclusion.
  • You will be required to complete a branch visit to better understand the branch operation.
  • Follow all Health and Safety, Security, Data Protection and Anti Money Laundering policies.
  • Any other reasonable requests made by eurochange.

The ideal Customer Support Consultant:


  • Be able to work independently and take the initiative.
  • Has prior customer service experience, be that internal customer or external customer.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service, answering a wide spectrum of queries within given policies and procedures
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours, including working shifts, weekends and bank holidays
  • Be IT literate full training will be provided

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
