Description

Purchasing Manager / Stock Manager required for a close knit manufacturing company based in Wigan.

Purchasing ManagerPosition Overview

Costing of orders once produced from time records.
Working closely with our MD and management team on all aspects of the business.
Assisting with quoting of new enquiries.

- arranging deliveries to customers and liaising with production to ensure delivery dates are met.

Liaising with customers.
Working with purchasing on overseeing and controlling/updating the stock system and liaising with accounts on stock issues
Providing holiday cover on various roles in the office

Purchasing ManagerPosition Requirements

Stock management experience is essential for this role
Production engineering experience would be beneficial
Good customer service skills

- work well with other team members

Purchasing ManagerPosition Remuneration
You will work 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday. 7.30am to 11.30am on Fridays.

Salary dependent on experience but likely Circa £30k
