Description
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to be based in Leeds, Yorkshire.


This role is to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance on social housing properties across the Leeds and South Yorkshire areas.

You must have experience of working with the National Housing Federation schedule of rates.

The position will require you to have a access to a car as you will be travelling around the Yorkshire area

Pay is £28.00 per hour (37hrs per week)
