We are excited to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and supportive administrator to work alongside our Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team, supporting our extensive and ever developing Solent NHS staff across Southampton and Portsmouth including external customers and health and Wellbeing programme.
Our Solent NHS Trust OH service specialises in the care and well-being of people at work and here at Solent NHS Trust we pride ourselves on providing a high quality SEQOHS accredited Occupational Health & Wellbeing service for staff working in a range of public and private sector organisations.
We provide Occupational Health advice, support and recommendations to Solent staff and employees of clients who we provide an Occupational Health and Wellbeing service to.
As part of a multidisciplinary team you will be working closely with Occupational Health Physicians, Advisors, Practice Nurses, physiotherapists, mental health practitioners, wellbeing practitioners, Covid support team and administration team offering a wide range of services, resources and activities.
We are proud to have built a Health & Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aider network across Solent supporting our OH offer, our cutting edge OH provision and Solent's wellbeing vision.
