About the role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Content Designer to join our Digital Transformation team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of customer-centric digital content across digital projects led and supported by Digital Marketing under Brand & Marketing.

You will provide strategic guidance, advice and insight and data-led support to business delivery areas across the group at all stages of the
process, from conception to delivery.

You will also support the development of great customer experience for our customers and build our brand in the digital environment through the
design of digital content that maximises customers' engagement with our propositions by connecting our solutions with customer's needs.

Key responsibilities
Design, create and iteratively improve high-quality user-centred content experiences and take responsibility for content quality and the effectiveness of digital content solutions for content projects supported by the team
Review and collaboratively work with other content designers and marketing experts
Contribute to the development and raise the profile of our multi-disciplinary digital content practice
Identify and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, understanding, influencing and collaborating with them to improve the quality of digital content and experiences

Criteria
Excellent knowledge of user-centred content design practices
Excellent understanding of digital customer experiences and user experience design principles
Excellent collaboration skills
Strong knowledge of identifying user needs and mapping user journeys
Excellent copywriting and editing skills
